Now this is a coffee that came to me through a subscription service known as Trader, which has become increasingly popular among coffee enthusiasts looking to explore new flavors and roasts. This was also my first experience with this particular coffee company, and I can hardly express the excitement that filled me when I discovered that I would be receiving coffee in the mail. The anticipation of unboxing something fresh and new is a delightful departure from the monotonous routine of purchasing the same old grocery store coffee or the often lackluster gas station brews. Each month, Trader curates a selection of unique coffees, allowing subscribers like myself to venture into uncharted territory in the world of coffee. Flatlander, the coffee I received, is a remarkable blend that boasts an incredibly smooth profile, reminiscent of espresso yet distinctively different, which creates a fascinating and somewhat unusual sensation on the palate. This intriguing texture sets it apart from many other coffees I have tried, making it a memorable experience. The company behind this delightful brew hails from Topeka, Kansas, and they are committed to ensuring that their customers receive their orders promptly, so you can enjoy your coffee exactly when you need it. PT's Coffee, the roaster responsible for Flatlander, claims that this blend features tasting notes of Bittersweet Chocolate, Tangerine, and Roasted Almonds. If you have tried this coffee please let me know in the comments and lets talk !
